TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ordering/Payment 1. All orders are to be placed in the spree page. However, should you have problems posting a comment, you can send your order to Fashion-Cot@hotmail.com 2. All payments are via DBS/POSB bank transfers. Fashion-Cot hereby apologize for any inconvience caused. 3. In any event that you decide to change your order/miss out on any details, please click on "Post a new comment" and do a repost. Do not reply to the old thread. 4. All local sales tax, local GST and extra charges will be paid by spree-ers. 5. Strictly no cancellation of orders once order has been placed. 6. No payment = No order. Order and post first. Once you've made payment, please reply to your own thread with your transaction reference. 7. Please retain your transcation receipt as Fashion-Cot do surprise checks at times.
8. DO NOT make payments until your order list is being comfirmed by Fashion-Cot.
Delivery 1. All items will be sent strictly via postage. 2. Fashion-Cot would not be responsible if the wrong item is shipped; item is damanged; items lost in mail/shipping. This includes normal mail lost using Singpost, so please do not bug or ask for a refund. Fashion-Cot is not responsible should your item gets lost in the mail. Other issues 1. All enquiries will be answered here in the spree page. Fashion-Cot will not be emailing you to reply to your question. A Q&A thread will be posted in all sprees for you to post your queries.
